Holds a degree in Planning and Land Management, with a specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and a postgraduate qualification in GIS and Territorial Modelling applied to Spatial Planning, from the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning at the University of Lisbon.
He is a GIS specialist consultant and has been working at MF&A since 2023.
